Ferret Club Memberships
Ferret clubs offer ferret owners a chance to socialize with other ferret owners and exchange information on their care, medical needs and local resources. Some clubs are sponsored by shelters and some are independent organizations. Clubs also fundraise for their affiliated shelter through activities, membership dues, and volunteering. Clubs offer different benefits depending on how active and involved the members are. Benefits that a club offers may include newsletters, activities, education, ferret sitting and support during emergencies.

- Very active Brevard County FL club. Meets monthly, rotating meetings between Titusville and Melbourne. Meetings are free, but membership is available to help support club costs, educational materials, publish club newsletter and cover shelter costs.
- Circle City Ferret Club
- Indiana IN club operating Circle City Ferret Shelter. Membership dues include a newsletter and special deals on select merchandise.
- Ferret Fanciers of Greater Milwaukee
- Supports shelter. Offers newsletter.
- Kansas Ferret Association
- Newsletter, discounted distemper shots plus other items.
